The backup venue for the PSA event should have been Thornleigh Squash Centre. Hosting the PSA matches there would have greatly enhanced the viewing experience and created a more vibrant atmosphere than the Sydney Uni courts. At Sydney Uni, the visibility of the courts was inadequate, often making it uncomfortable for spectators to watch the matches.

‘Squash levels’ isn’t good enough to use for a draw yet (especially when sportyhq and PSA are available and contradict the squash levels rank). Maybe if they get more data, but definitely not yet.

Pathetic attempt at erecting the glass court. Should have been done 1 week in advance of the tournament with exhibition games being played on it and allowing local club players the opportunity to buy a 30 min time slot to have a match on it throughout that week.
Aus Open staff left a centre during play and had to leave the scheduling of matches to me for a period of time.
There was a pathetic level of results engagement on social media during the tournament. Results should have been put up after a match had been played to keep people at different centres informed and to also let people not in attendance know what was happening.
